Poor Weather

We appreciate that some pupils do not want to ride in poor weather conditions - particularly if they're paying for the privilege.  We are willing to postpone courses when the 3 day forecasts, prior to your course, are for poor conditions. Please tell us at the time of booking if you might want to take up this service. Naturally, our other bookings will be taken into account when re-scheduling the course.

Unavoidable change of plan

For pupils who are unable to attend the course as booked, we would naturally want as much notice as possible. We will do all we can to re-schedule - we want you to come - but we may make a small admin. charge.

Cancellation.

We require at least 7 days notice of a cancellation, and will refund 90% of the money if you do. Less than 7 days will result in loss of the booking monies.
